Le Suquet is a member of associations which defend the quality of hotels and restaurants throughout the world. Setting standards of excellence that have been recognised by numerous distinctions.
Created sixty years ago by the union of grand hoteliers and restaurateurs, Relais & Châteaux, of which le Suquet is a member, is recognised as a reference of excellence in the hospitality business. It is not a chain but an association of exceptional hotels and restaurants, encompassing independent owners, hoteliers and chefs.
Les Grandes Tables du Monde
The association, whose symbol is a cockerel, designed by Jean Cocteau, unites restaurateurs keen to protect all the metiers related to fine dining. A sign of recognition by one's peers, each member, by joining, signs up to Cocteau's words: "tradition is in perpetual motion. It advances, it changes, it lives."
Guide Gault & Millau
The gastronomic guide Gault & Millau, the gourmet expert, has awarded Le Suquet four toques.
European Ecolabel
Le Suquet has been certified with the European Ecolabel, for services to providing accommodation for tourists, since 2013. It is awarded to establishments which respect a strict set of ecological guidelines, across the European Union.
